did you try to remove the 3 zero in your incoming call.
You can do that in your extension.conf.

I would appreciate any ideas on the topic of switching from connecting to an outside ISDN-2 line to connecting to a PBX. I didn't find much using google and voip-info.org.

On the external ISDN-2 connection I get all incoming calls on Zap/1. I
