All, I thought I'd post the answer to this, After I found what the problem was. It was the cable from the TDM card to the phone socket. I used one that came with an old modem and it worked a charm :-)

Hiya, anyone have an idea what I need to do to fix this, I have a TDM400P and asterisk 1.2, when I make a call to the system asterisk see the phone ringing and looks like it picks it up from the console, but the phone actually just continues to ring. I am thinking I have something silly in the config or the cable from the TDM400P to the phone socket is dodgy. Anyone got any thoughts?
