I installed spandsp-0.0.2 were the libspandsp.so.0.0.1 are included,
now I installed die spandsp-0.0.3 an you see:
the same problem - and now there is the libspandsp.so.0.0.2:

Whats going wrong? I cant see the mistake...

Your output shows that you have 0.0.1 installed.
Delete the older version of spandsp and re-install 0.0.2
