Shouldn't the last line in exten-peers.conf be:
exten => _**XXX.,1,Macro(dial-outgoing,SIP/${EXTEN:[EMAIL PROTECTED])
^^^
Similar to the previous line sipbroker line:
exten => _**999.,1,Macro(dial-outgoing,SIP/${EXTEN:[EMAIL PROTECTED])
