Iirc in 1.2 you can get the call back with #0. see features.conf
My features.conf.sample doesn't have #0:
[featuremap]
;blindxfer => #1 ; Blind transfer
;disconnect => *0 ; Disconnect
;automon => *1 ; One Touch Record
;atxfer => *2 ; Attended transfer
Neither can I see any hints in res/res_features.c
Unless "disconnect" above really means "abort transfer"
