Many people on the Asterisk lists have seen our demo of "ITSP in a box" over the last few months. We've just uploaded the latest release, so you may care to take a look. This version has:

- Improved menu structure.

- Voicemail access on the web.

- Fax storage.

- Customers can create IVRs and auto attendants. Messages can be uploaded on the web, or recorded from a telephone.

- More reports (and more are coming soon).

- Many small improvements and bug fixes based on testing and customer feedback.

The demo is at:

http://itsp.demo.integrics.com/?username=guest;password=guest

We also have the first items of documentation, including an updated feature list, at:

http://integrics.com/products/itsp/

More documentation is coming soon. The following features will be ready by the end of the year:

- Call recording with view and search on the web.

- Calling cards and callerid authentication.

As always, feedback and comments are welcome. We're also planning a simplified version without reseller or billing support, for installation at your customers' sites. Tentatively, this is called "ITSP in an office", but this subject to change. More details to follow.
