Can't you first convert the ${EXTEN} to a full 10 digit number, then have send
them to a macro with all the:
exten => 0470445566,Dial(SIP/WhatEver/${EXTEN})
[...]
exten => _X.,Dial(Zap/g2/${EXTEN})
