[Asterisk-Users] Handyton 486 Outbound problem

I've got a Handytone 486 ATA. It's registering fine with SIP and calls other 2 digit internal extensions just fine. When I try to dial out though (7/10-digit calls), I get a busy signal.

How should I troubleshoot this?
