It does now. There's a new chan_sip.c available that I tested last night. Phone 
reboots, and subsequent new subscriptions do not cause accumulations of sip 
subscrptions on Asterisk.

If the phone reboots, it will send a new subscription with a new call
ID. This should *not* replace the old subscription with another call ID,
since it's a different SIP session.
