I use: # Enable_VAD (1-enabled, 0-disabled) enable_vad: "0" dtmf_inband: "1" dtmf_outofband: "never" dtmf_avt_payload: "101"
and it works well for me. Sometimes going through a callmanager I have to set outofband to avt to get dialtone sent though.
