Sometime are phone's configuration change. Because Cisco or Polycom sip phone download the settings from the tftp server after reboot.

We have to reboot our phones sometimes when we do something server side, mainly because the cisco firmware doesn't seem to handle everything very well. Usually it's just to pull new configs though, as we test more features and roll them out.
