Hi, I download the guide from yoda site. It's seems the original vendor is Accel AmiGate Elite 400 (http://www.accel.com.tw/frame/frame_age400.htm) I have one H.323 model and can't upgrade to SIP firmware. So what is your firmware version? Regards, Kevin
