Myself, I've implemented what you aim to do using ASTCC hooked to the
shopping cart Virtuemart/Joomla.
Customers register through Virtuemart/Joomla, then a "card" is created
on ASTPP.
When they buy a "refill card" through the store, their account is
credited.
