If, even when you remove the T1 card, the error still refers to module
25, did you adjust zaptel.conf after removing the T1? maybe even re-run
ztcfg :)

Has anyone seen this error? the only hits I've found on google all point to
the source code. This happens even if I remove the T1 card.
