It works. Really I'm loading wct1xxp, but still I don't know why also is
loading the wcusb with wct1xxp.

Add wctdm to the list in MODULES and RMODULES in /etc/rc.d/init.d/zaptel

While you're at it, remove the ones you don't need, too.
