Ok. That looks like it *should* be working correctly. It is interesting that your cascade interrupt is still XT-PIC, and the highest interrupt listed is 11. I have attached the output from my /proc/interrupts for comparison. Does the bios have any mention of APIC/legacy or anything??? The board I am using is an Asus K8S-mx with a Sempron64 2800+ in it...
