In order to upgrade to SIP, just use <Default> <loadInformation8 model="IP Phone 7940">P0S3-07-5-00</loadInformation8> <loadInformation7 model="IP Phone 7960">P0S3-07-5-00</loadInformation7> </Default> This should trigger the upgrade.
