Hi Michelle, Thanks for the response. I made the change but it didn't make a difference. I'm sure you're right that these is something amiss in my configuration files, but I'm not sure where. You'd think that Zapata.conf and extensions.conf would be the only ones.
Anyway, I have a quick fix in place by removing the offending " character, which makes this better.
