My reccomendation..... if it's not broke, then don't fix it. Unless your getting in al new hardware, then maybe do the switch, but until then, tell your boss, or whover is calling the shots, that the system works, and until there is a major flaw, or a major reason to switch other, other than just for the sake of it.... I would leave it as it.
