I set up only 1 extension and set all 4 line appearences to point to that extension. I could place up to 4 outgoing calls as extension 1 no problem. The problem happened when there was an active call on line appearence 1 and someone called extension 1. Instead of ringing on line appearence 2 (extension 1) it would busy out. My question, is there something in Asterisk that needs to be adjusted to make the phone work properly or is there a setting on the phone that needs to be adjusted? Thank you.
