Rivy, my analog to your priority 1 is: exten => 410,1,Set(_ALERT_INFO=RA)
So try it without the quotes, I think that might be the problem. If that doesn't work, try prepending the _ again like I am.
Other than that, your <alertInfo /> and <TEST /> are constructed exactly like mine.
