Create an extension that goes to Voicemailmain()

 

We use a (for “*”), press the star key for VM while in the IVR

We also have a dedicated DID to go straight to voicemailmain, but that requires digital service with DIDs.

 

Like this;

 

Exten => a,1,voicemailmain()
