Having spent a -lot- of time getting Asterisk to play nice with a big
(1000-line) Fujitsu system, I can almost guarantee this is a timing problem. We
had to get the Fujitsu PBX guru to do low-level timing tweaks, and we did minor
hacking to Asterisk as well, just to get reliable extension/DTMF info passing
in both directions. Major pain in the ass. Have not had anywhere
near this amount of heavy lifting when integrating other legacy PBXes with
Asterisk.
