Any suggestions on how to track the source of these 'restarts?' Anybody else seen something like this?

Yes - I've seen this too. It seems harmless, but I'd like some confirmation. Asterisk 1.2.1, TE110P, XO PRI -D -- <dmercer> Because that is what our industry does. Churns out useless shit.
