If I do a supervised forward on a call (Polycom 501, Asterisk 1.2.1), all goes well until the second time I hit forward (to join the caller with the extension); then, the caller's MoH goes away (making them think they've been hung up on), and the server spits out:
asterisk-cw*CLI> <-- SIP read from 10.20.2.16:5060: SIP/2.0 500 Internal Server Error Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 10.20.1.79:5060;branch=z9hG4bK271f9f8f From: "asterisk" <sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>;tag=as319b6dd5 To: <sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>;tag=A368FBB2-B6EAC0CF CSeq: 104 BYE Call-ID: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Contact: <sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> User-Agent: PolycomSoundPointIP-SPIP_501-UA/1.6.2.0041 Content-Length: 0 Aside from the MoH and the error, all procedes as it should; eventually, the call is either answered or goes to voicemail. Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong?
