Title: Manager API 'Redirect' is not working for both end of a call.

Hi everyone,

Here's what I come across. Phone A calls phone B through Asterisk and they are talking. An application uses manager api caught the channel IDs of both legs of the call. It then issue 'Redirect' with both channel IDs to an IVR extension. Asterisk says 'Dual Redirect Sucessful', but nothing happens and  both phones are still talking to each other. Anyone had this issue?
