I got it to work by setting all the lineKeys settings to 1 and filling out reg.1,reg.2, and reg.3 all separately, but I did not fill out any of the servier info so I don't override what's in sip.conf.

Yes I just duplicated the information.  Address, Auth ID, Auth Password and
then Server 1 Address and Port.
