I have installed AstManProxy, and it seems a bit better from within Outlook, but things are the same from my application. The error the application gives me is 'LINE ERR NOT OWNER' or something similar. I would have copy-pasted, but I went into a hard lock after closing and re-opening Outlook...
Also, pressing the 'Redial' button from within the app crashes the app. I see no errors in "/var/log/asterisk/astmanproxy.log". I will do the packet capture and see what it tells me. Would anyone happen to know how I might isolate TAPI issues from the application? I can submit a change request to the application's developers IF I can convince them it is their issue, not Asterisk's. It may be the two ends becoming "out of sync" in some fashion - Perhaps you should try capturing a trace of the TCP communication, and see what happens just before the hang. Best of luck.
