Correct me if I am wrong, but if you use Agent Groups, does this negate the strategies?
I assume these strategies are handled in app_queue, and the groups are handled in the chan_agent.
Which of the strategies have been programmed? Last I read, not all of them were in place.
Also, have the patches been applied to the queue app that allow you to announce their position in the queue, or to play an announcement at intervals?
