You have to make all of your manual changes in the
xxxx_custom.conf files. [EMAIL PROTECTED] overwrites the
xxx.conf files - I think this happens every time you restart the
app.
Log files are usually in /var/log/asterisk and you can see
them in the maintenance screen on AMP

amp normally does not override extensions.conf (except, maybe on upgrade
time).
Anyway, posting your modified extentions.conf may help. Your
extensions_additional.conf may help as well.
