I have a server in my lab running asterisk (v1.2.1)
and ztdummy. (No zaptel hardware is present in the
server).

I have to free up this server to be used for a
completely different application.

What is the best step-by-step procedure to permanently
remove/uninstall asterisk, asterisk-addons,
asterisk-sounds, and zaptel/ztdummy?
(I did not see much on the web regarding this.
Google: uninstall asterisk site:lists.digium.com)

So far, I've done this...
rmmod ztdummy
rmmod zaptel
/etc/rc.d/init.d/asterisk stop
(and verified this with "lsmod" and "ps -ef")

Thanks.

Tom
