RE the remote provisioning, did you have to pay some sort of license fee to get access to the tools to generate the remote provisioning configurations and instructions on setting it all up? I have 12 x PAP2-NA/SPA-2002 and changing one setting means going around and changing all the settings for each line of the 12 ATAs, that's 24 configuration changes in total - a real PITA. If you know of a way to obtain the tools to do the remote provisioning, I'd be grateful!
