hi Michael !! thanks to your support! with the help of a tecnichan of my carrier i've found the error! the problem was that i have a E1 with 30 channels, but actually only 15 channels are available, 5 only in inbound (from 1 to 5) and 10 only in outbound (from 22 to 31) so when i try to call with channel 1 it was busy for outgoing calls!!!!!
