I have a POTS and a sip incoming into my asterisk server. When I call the POTS number from outside (cell or landline) and trying to authenticate myself when enter #, 8 out of 10 times I got an authentication incorrect. If I call in to the sip incoming line, 10 out of 10 times the authentication process passes.
Any idea what would have caused the problem?
