No I think he means on the phone.. like a softkey to do it.
Right, you create an extension that goes directly to voicemail. Then, configure one of the softkeys to transfer/redirect a call to the voicemail extension. The SNOM 200 has five softkeys that can be used to transfer/redirect/memory dial calls. Set one of them up to transfer the current call to the special "directly to voicemail" extension.
