There are some other problems with DTMF and spa3000. Sometimes the
spa3000 mis-detects remote speaker's voice as DTMF and sends rfc2833
events to asterisk.

It's doesn't seem to be spa3000 specific, as I have seen this same
behavior in two other FXO's...
