Are there any issues with having call queues and agents spread across two (or more) Asterisk systems? We would have a trunked IAX connection between systems, and the agents would use SIP phones. All agents are multilingual.

One system would be on the West coast and another in Europe? Agents from different time zones signing on in their morning and signing off in their evening. The call center itself running 24/7.

Issues?
