the software use php and mysql o postresql as database (i would add
some ajax module for refreshing some data without reloading the page)
so, would you like to contribute?

Sounds like a nice project.
If it's on sf.net I will for sure checkout the source and
see if I can contribute :)
I'm a fulltime php/ajax/mysql/postgres developer.
