Asterisk certainly compiles on Solaris x86. I haven't owned sparc
hardware in years, so I can't tell you firsthand if that works or not.
I remember seeing some stuff in the Makefile for sparc, but that doesn't
mean that it actually works :).
As far as architectures, I have compiled it under Linux for ARM, MIPS,
PPC, and x86_64.
