On my system, when you watch ztmonitor on a channel, it is maxing out
the output volume, causing local side echo. Reducing the
tx.digital.handset gain bring the graph down to an acceptable range
and hopefully eliminate the echo (Waiting for reports).
Just a follow up. Setting the tx gains to -6 on the phones causes
crackling and didn't really reduce the local echo.
