Assuming your definition of 'auto attendant' is the same as my own, then you betcha!
If I were building such a beast, I would use a different context for each tenant that wanted a customized IVR and a public/generic one for everyone else. You could use DID to route the incoming calls to the proper context. I would suggest that the public one run into a tenant-wide directory with voicemail. Or maybe I wouldn't. That doesn't seem very customer friendly. You will want to get all the requirements of this project lined out before you begin, as there are a lot of options here. You could conceivably waste a lot of time... Still, Asterisk can easily handle this for you.
