I don't know of any way to observe local clock sync; don't think it
exists since clock sync is done in hardware, not software.

If there's no way to measure clock syncs, is there a reliable way to check your clock is correctly set as it seems that correctly receiving 90% of faxes doesn't prove it's the case ?

From what was previously written, clock sync is given by PSTN network : all an Asterisk server has to do is keep in sync with this clock.

How would you check that ?
