You are going to likely want to use a Digium TE110P or Sangoma A101, Single T1/PRI interface. If you want echo cancellation, you would need to go with something like Tellabs, which you can find info on here http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Tellabs+Hardware+Echo+Cancellers
The connector on the TDM2400 is for an amphenol connections, you need a M-F Amphenol cable, which attaches to a mini RJ11 patch panel, to physically break-out your FXS and FXO resources. For QoS Router, I might suggest an Adtran Netvanta series, or a Sonicwall TZ170 Series.
