Did someone knows how to solve the following problem: I'm using a Sipura box 2000. I just added a telephone RCA with 4 lines (Model 25414RE3). When we push the hold button, the music on hold doesn't work, but it works when we push the flash button.
Anyone knows how to change the programming on the sipura to detect the actual hold button.
