Look at the joinempty option in queues.conf From:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
[mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Kevin Savoy Is
there variable or a way I can check to ensure that an agent is logged into a
particular queue? I don’t want to queue a call up to a queue that no one
is logged into. I would like to have the call redirected to another extension if
there are no queue members. Thanks
