Crank down your reg int on the 7960 to like 120

telnet into the phone and issue:
reg 1 1
reg 1 2
reg 1 3
reg 1 4
reg 1 5
reg 1 6

Its just confused.. if you wait long enough it will correct itself.  This
is why you crank the reg int. down so it fixes itself faster. :P
