Actually Harry, there is no setup needed. You can send early audio with the Playback command by adding the noanswer parameter (see example). But the other end of must support/offer it.
But back to my problem, I thought maybe if asterisk generated the ring tone it might accept the early audio afterwards, but nope, doesn't work either. Anybody have any ideas/explanations?
