Hello list, I am seeing that the current version of AMP / FreePBX sports app_icd instead of app_queue as the default call distribution method - see http://sourceforge.net/projects/icd
I was wondering if anyone had hands-on experience with app_icd and if there are good selling points that make the transition worthwile - it is not surely used in as many installations as app_queue, so I would bet it is not as tested. Anybody got first-hand experience?
