It depends on the type of NAT you are using. If both NATs happen to be symmetric STUN is no solution. Perhaps you can configure the NATs and endpoints in a way to accept RTP streams (such as forward incoming UDP on port 5004 on the NAT to a Grandstream which is configured to expect traffic on 5004 only). As for non symmetric NATs STUN should work.
