Err System Y ? System X is a Marconi switch, I didn't think they made a Y variant, but hey maybe they do. It's almost certainly set-up in the BT end. Usually you can only set your CLI to a number or range of numbers that have been allocated to the line. If BT have set the line to only allow a single number, that's all you'll ever get. Speak to someone knowledgable if you can at BT or report it as a fault.
